MEAN BEARD was born from an established brand MEAN Apparel, founded by Three Days Grace guitarist Barry Stock. However, MEAN BEARD needed to stand on its own with high-quality grooming products, packaging and apparel designed for the world’s meanest beardsmen. We worked side-by-side with MEAN’s founders to create a brand styling that stands out in the booming men’s grooming space. Filter worked tirelessly with printers and vendors to ensure that MEAN BEARD was ready to launch at the 2017 World Beard and Mustache Championships. The brand emphasizes that its customers STAND WITH PURPOSE, and through targeted social media marketing and brand awareness campaigns everyone now knows, it’s not just the beard, it’s the attitude!
